As we gear up for this years Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition our list of things to do and people to see grows longer and longer! Chicago is a great town jam packed with many attractions, not to mention during the week of IRCE. This year some highlights will be two of our customers speaking at workshops, as well as a night cruise aboard the SunSea Yacht!!

Speaking during this conference are two of our rock star customers.  First off, we have Johnny Lin, Vice President, Marketing & E-Commerce at TravelSmith. Johnny Lin began at TravelSmith Outfitters in 2008 and oversees all loyalty and direct marketing activities, as well as business development and the company call center. On Day 1 of the conference, June 8th from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM Johnny will be talking about “Making personalization work—finally,” as part of the E-Commerce Technology Workshop.

Next we have Jay Scannell, Vice President of Information Technology at Skymall Inc. SkyMall is this years number 153 in Internet Retailer Top 500. Jay joined the SkyMall team in 1998 and is in charge of all their business units (in-flight catalog, e-commerce, mail-to-home and loyalty rewards). He has facilitated the design and development of SkyMall’s proprietary enterprise platform for e-commerce, eCRM, collaborative supply chain network, virtual warehousing, in-flight entertainment systems, m-commerce, SaaS and point of sale terminals. On Day 4 Jay will be talking about “Mobile commerce web sites: Colorful, pared-down and easy,” as part of the Mobile Commerce Workshop.
